Cocktails, Beer & Wine

Woodblock’s cocktail program blends timeless craft with cutting-edge innovation. Our bar is a laboratory of flavor—where clarified juices are spun to crystal clarity in our centrifuge, where cocktails are carbonated to order, and where foams, gels, and wild garnishes redefine what a drink can be. We lean into seasonality and surprise, drawing from the farmer’s market, using local spirits, and occasionally a dry ice machine, because why not? From barrel-aged classics to molecular creations that defy expectation, every glass is built with intention, technique, and just the right amount of irreverence.

This is cocktail culture evolved.
